Autobiography of our Pujya Gurudev

In the Jodhpur district of Rajasthan state of India there lived a woman who was known all around for her gentleness and very good conduct. Once, Lord Narayan appeared to her in all his brightness and said, “Good lady, in a week’s time from now I’ll be born as your child. Please name him Narayan ok !”. What the lord told the woman in her dream came true. The woman brought a luminous child to this Earth.

The 21st of April 1933 dawned in new redness and with joy for everyone. The villagers were singing & dancing. It seemed nature herself, overwhelmed with joy, spreading streaks of divine light all over. In short, an atmosphere of welcome to a great godly event had mystically emerged. Amidst all this a child is born, at 10:21 in the morning. Father Pandit Multan Chand Shrimali and mother Rupa Devi are struck by a happy, surprise and named the baby “Narayan”.

Narayan was now growing up. His activities showed sign of divinity and extraordinary powers. Right on the twenty seventh days after his birth a big snake spreads its hood over the child’s head and hisses. Frightened the mother, she prays to the snake to leave her child and the divine serpent moves away wriggling. The hindu faith accepts this serpent episode as an indication that the child has virtually divinity. The child’s education begins. His maternal uncle Ram Sukhaji, who is deeply learned in the Yajurveda, teaches him. He is put to school too. At the age of 5 or 6 he learns the tenets of the Vedas & the Puranas and comits hundreds of holy and philosophical verses to memory. He begins to practice Samadhi. His intellectual and spiritual sharpness astonish the people around. He is benign to all and loves even animals & birds. For all the virtues, he gets known to the village as the ‘saint child’ and is loved by all.

One day he was returning from school, on the way he saw a house on fire. The burning house had a child inside it. The mother of the child was crying for her baby calling out for help. Amidst a big crowd, no one present there dared to run into the house to rescue the child. When the school boy Narayan understands the situation, he hastens into the high flames at the risk of his life and comes safely back with the child in his arms. Narayan is badly injured and it takes him fifteen days in hospital to recover. It was not an event for an event’s safe; it was something that truly sheds light on one aspect of his extraordinary and charismatic personality. He did what an ordinary human cannot do. For this and several other benign acts this boy got transformed into great spiritual teacher that was Dr. Narayan Dutta Shrimali, who threw himself into flaming fire for saving all humanity and each human individual.

Changes of time made material progress dominant over spiritual endowment. People began to see perfection of life in luxury and physical comfort. Consequently, began to suffer and hue and cry prevailed. Achievements in science & technology brought physical facilities and material resources but failed to provide spiritual peace & happiness. Relieving men & women from troubles & traumas and bringing them to the right path of life became inevitable. But to do this was quite beyond ordinary human power. Mother Earth wanted some one with extraordinary power who could lead the entire suffering humanity in the right direction. It is for this that the great Dr. Narayan Dutt Shrimali was born as an incarnation of God.

The great preceptor (Gurudev) is in fact, the mahayogi, Paramhamsa Swami Nikhileshwaranand of Siddhashram, and this is his eternal individual entity. Siddhashram is a divine place where one can go to only on having attained spiritual perfection. It is somewhere in the vicinity of the great lake Mansarovar and the holy Kailash peak in the Himalayas. The place is , however cannot be seen with physical eyes nor can it be reached by using a scientific equipment. There is, of course, one medium the spiritual height you have attained. The person who manages this place is the great venerable Swami Satchidananda Maharaj and Paramhamsa Swami Nikhileswhwaranda is his most beloved disciple. It is from this place that a nice balance is struck between materialism and spiritualism. When the balance goes bad, divine souls are sent down to the earth. It was in consonance with this master scheme that great holy personages like Ram, Krishna, Guru Gorakh Nath, and Sankharacharya got incarnated. In this iron age, the materialism spiritualism balance went off and swami Nikhileshwarananda was born.

At the age of 12 Gurudev was married to Bhagvati. Even after his marriage he continued his studies and also started teaching. But this ordinary way of life did not satisfy him. “My life is not only for my family, for earning my livelihood, for employment, it’s for high attainments and for the world”, he thought. From his very childhood he was interested in delving into cores of subjects such as mantra, tantra, dhyan (meditatiaon), yoga, sammohan (hypnotism), palmistry, astrology and Ayurveda and reveal the ultimate truths inherent in them to the inquisitive world. He would ask himself questions such as – Do mantra tantra and the like have powers ? “If they do, how can I achieve the powers and use them for the good of the society?” He knew that life bound to the family would not help and that the great saints & sages who visualized the truths of ancient learning had done so by performing tapasya (penance) in the access remote dales caves in the Himalayan forests. So he decided to quit home and banish himself into the forest. He was at that time working as a teacher and living happily with his parents and his beautiful and gentle wife. In spite of this he chose the life of Sanayas, which, of course, is full of pains and struggles. Thus he decided to sacrifice his own pleasures for the happiness of mankind.

He began a hard and challenging trek over the deep jungles of the Himalayas, looking earnestly for saints performing tapasya in the stony caves. His only purpose was to get the sages and obtain from them mystic and elemental knowledge. By his undaunted and unceasing efforts he succeeded in quenching his thirst for knowledge of the truths. The saints from whose darshan he benefited were Swami Purnananda, Trijata Aghori, Swami Prabhupada, Kinkar Baba, Naga Baba and others. In the course of his quest tours he had also came to Nepal and obtained mystic knowledge from Babas like Bhurbhuwa Baba, Pagala Baba, Tringker Swami and Kamarupa Baba.

It was on this Sanyas tour he met the great guru Swami Sachidananda, and he regards this as the greatest achievement of his life. During the tour he thoroughly studied all the subjects such as mantra, tantra, dhyan, yoga, sammohan, astrology, palmistry, Ayurneda. Chemistry & solar science, investigated into their scientific aspects to see how man can benefit from the findings. He assimilated all the knowledge and obtaining the blessings of his great guru, he returned home and became a grihastha (entered into family life) again.

For the great venerable gurudev, who had lived long on open ground under the blue sky, it was in all ways difficult to return to family life but he did so. Gurudev was sorry that the invaluable learning which the sages, our ancestors had treasured by efforts of thousands of years was about to go extinct the posterity kept them withheld. To reach the knowledge and learning out to the society, it was imperative for him to live as part of it. That is why he chose to return to the society. Divine souls set every step and do every work for the welfare of the world.

He dissaproved the so called social acceptance that to be a spiritual one needs to quit home by marrying the venerable Bhagvati shrimali. Despite his conjugal life at home he remained spiritually active. He has unfolded the mystic knowledge of Bharatvarsa through books, camps, lectures and deeksha. Through out his life he worked for human welfare by rising above psycho social complexes concerning ethnicity, communalism, religion and nationality.

He started his work with the study of Astrology. He explained the theories and methods of this ancient science of Bharatvarsh, rendering them easily comprehensible. It is particularly for this that he is counted as the topmost astronomer of the world. He has rejuvenated the system of mantra and tantra, sadhana practice. It is by his continued contributions that practice areas like Palmistry, Sammohan, Ayurveda, Alchemy, Dhyan, Yog, have regained popularity and interest in mystic studies like solar science, paravigyan, kriya yoga and kundalini shakti have revived.

He has analyzed the tenets of these studies, which are formulated in difficult sanskrit verses, in a scientific aspects in easy language. The proofs which he has given will greatly help men to solve their material problems and attain spiritual heights.
GuruDev

Pujyapad Gurudeva thus restored the invaluable treasure of ancient learning and scholarship for the welfare of mankind. When he saw that the society was getting gradually westernized at the cost of its glorious ancient heritage he left no stone unturned to revive and rehabilitate the society’s intellectual spiritual heritage, including the mantra and tantra practices in its original and undefined form. In this connection he has published a monthly magazine with the title “Mantra Tantra Yantra Vigyan”, which, of course, has earned a special place in the world of spiritualism. He has at the same time, established the Siddhashram Sadhak Pariwar” and thus perpetuated the glorious “gurukul tradition”. He has given top most priority to producing excellent disciplines. He says “A live disciple is a living book which will enlighten the age to come”

Perfection of life consists in a true balance of spirituality and materialism. That was what Gurudeve pursued as his ideal, and in that his material life was all perfect. Father of three sons and two daughters, he lived a successful grihastha life. He had earned M.A. degree in Hindi from Rajasthan University and the Ph. D. in the same subject from the university of Jodhapur, where he later served as the head of the department of Hindi. Many people had the honor of being his students at the university. He had a command of many languages.

Getting excellence in a particular field of learning needs whole life time. The great guru, alone, succeeded in re establishing the whole body of ancient learning in all its perfection, which proves that he was not an ordinary human.

However, for all that he did he had to suffer on his head from the ignorant society and the hypo critic clergy (religious officials). He was accused, insulted and divided,. There were even conspiracies against him.

Gurudeva who endeavored to enlighten the world was himself smudged. The people only viewed him as mere flesh and blood but did not see the divinity he wore. They see him just as a scholar, writer and astronomer. It is not under the power of an ordinary human to recognize a singular person. There were however some people and institutions who knowingly or unknowingly, paid him their respect.

In the year 1982, the then president of India Dr. B.D. Jatti conferred on him the title of “Mahamaopadhyaya” and in 1988 the Mantra Sansthan of Ujain honored him with the title “Mantra Siromani”. And in 1989, Dr. Sanker Dayal Sharma, the vice president of India decorated him with the title “Samaj Siromani”. And in 1991, during his Nepal visit for “Viswoshanti Mahayangya and Shivalaxmi Sadhan Sivir” the then prime minister of Nepal Krishna Prasad Bhattarai had specially felicitated and honored him on behalf of Nepal. Similarly in 1992 Sir Jagannath Anirudra, prime minister of Mauritias, honoured him with the title “Jagat guru” and in 1993 a temple of gurudev was inaugurated.

GuruDev

Pujyapad Gurudev made every moment of his life meaningful, eventful and human welfare oriented. He taught the society the lesson of love and fraternity and called it to fight superstition and narrow mindedness. He lifted men and women from luxuries of life and pleasures of the world enticed them to sadhana and tapahsya. He has also softened the rigours of sadnana and tapasya with the sweetness of music and dance. He has thus, shown that one could achieve spiritually and achieve godlines even along living in the life of grihastha.

Having performed all the tasks which God had assigned him and living the future responsibilities on the shoulders of his disciples, the great guru departed from the world at early day break on July 3, 1998. He had told his disciples that his last day on earth had come. He had also told them his body should be given a very simple funeral and that the news of his demise should remain undelivered through the media. We salute our beloved Jagadguru again and again hundreds of times.

Now he is present in the universe as Paramhamsa Swami Nikhileswaranand Maharaj (Gurudev) and providing guidance to his disciples for the welfare of the people. The disciples get his darshan during their dhyan, Sadhna, and dreams, even they see and feel his presence and can talk to him about their problems and concerns. Any body those who have been performing sadhana can get his darshan, feel his presence and talk to him. One can experience and feel about gurudeva, who has achieved the height of Sadhana and devotion, through this one can know about invaluable things of the universe also.

It is not possible to venture describing the work done by him in a single article. He has done so much work, even that could not be done by thousands of organizations together, the title ‘man of the age’ even seems less to him. In short, during his stay on earth he concentrated about two things: (1) to visualize the truths of ancient invaluable learning which had treasured by our ancestors, and (2) to prepare real great disciples to do every work for the welfare of the world.

His main goal was to make a real spiritual age on earth, to accomplish this task he has been providing guidance as Paramhamsa Swami Nikhileswaranand Maharaj (Gurudeva) for the welfare of the people of the world. Siddhashram Shakti Kendra finds itself blessed with opportunities to remain constant to ideals of the great gurudeva and help him in the execution of his plan for the restoration and revival of the spiritual world where humans can live in peace and happiness. This, in fact, is a matter of glory not only for the Nepalese nation but also for the entire world. Gurudeva was born not for a particular nation of religion but for the mankind as a whole. The day will come when mankind will know this.

धन प्राप्ती का अचूक विधान - Wealth Giver TaraSadhana

This Sadhana was published in ‘Dhanvarshini Tara’ book of Sadgurudev. It can give guaranteed financial fulfilment, if tried done in the right way. I can say that because I have myself tried it, and I can say without doubt that this ritual of Mavavidya Tara gives astonishing and quick results. I had done this before the holy shrine Tara on the Jyotirling Temple at Deoghar, Jharkhand. The special thing about this place is that in Deoghar, both Jyotirling as well as Shaktipith is situated at a single place. After completing this many of my stopped work completed which were earlier facing obstacles. I got offers for Job... four of my government paper works got cleared at once.. Aapke Prashnon Ke Kuch Uttar

Naye sadhak ke man me aksar aese kayi prashn hote hain jinka uttar unhe nahi milta aur wo idhar udhar bhatakte rehte hain, unhi prashon ke samadhan karta hua yah ek post.. sirf aap hi ke liye...

Mujhe Mantra sadhana karne ka bahut man karta hai magar koi guidance dijiye ki kahan se shuru karun ? Kuch galat kar dunga to kuch nuksaan na ho jaye isliye koi aesa prayog nahi karta hun...

Shishya naya purana kuch hota hi nahi ! Shishya to chahe bachha ho, budha ho, strii ho purush ho, kaesa bhi ho agar man me Guru ke prati purn samarpan hai aur vishwas hai sadhana me to avashya pehli bar me hi safalta milti hai. Gurudev to kehte hain ki mera shishya chahe 21 saal ka ho ya 21 din ka ho ka ho siddhiyan dete hue main dono me koi diference nahi rakhunga. Agar 21 dino me hi shishya me purn samarpan bhav a jata hai to sadhana me purn safalta prapt hoti hai. Isliye koi bhi pratham bar me hi Guru se diksha lekar aur Guru Mantra anusthan sampan karke sadhana ke kshetra me agey badh sakta hai.

Agar sadhana me anjane me koi galti ho bhi jati hai to Guru shukshm roop se har kshan sadhak ke paas upasthit rehkar uska mardarshan karte rehte hain jisse ki ki kabhi koi pareshani nahi aa pati.

Lakshmi sadhana ya rog Mukti sadhana aur anya sadhanayein kaese hoti hain au rise karne ke kya niyam hain ?

Alag alag sadhnao me alag alag vidhan se mantra jaap kiya jata hai, jo ki sadhana me hi likh diye jate hain. Kuch mantro ko 3 lakh jap karke siddh kiya jata hai, kuch mantro ko 5 lakh jap karke siddh kiya jata hai, magar samanya roop se to kisi bhi mantra ki siddhi 1.25 lakh yani sirf sawa lakh jap kar lene se hi us mantra ki siddhi ho jati hai. Iske sath me us devta se sambandhit Yantra bhi Gurudham se prapt karke apne puja sthan me sthapit karke nitya jap se pehle aur bad me uski puja karein. Yantra me hi devta ka vaas mana jata hai aur iski puja SHODASHOPCHAR ya PANCHPCHAR se karna chahiye.

Meri Girlfriend/Patni se nahi banti hai aur prayah chhoti chhoti baat pe jhagda ho jata hai kya iska koi upay hai ?

Mantron me itni shakti hoti hai ki asambhav kaarya bhi sahajta se sambhav ho jate hain aur yogiyon ne kiye hain, Gurudev ne kayi aese prayog karwaye hain jinka prabhav achuk hota hai aur hajaro logon ne shiviron me labh prapt kiye hain. Magar kisi bhi prayog ko karne se pehle Guru Mantra ka 1.25 lakh ka anusthan to karna hi padta hai taki sadhna ke liye urja prapt ho paye.

Mala kaese feri jati hai ? Iski sahi vidhi kya hai ?

Mantra jaap karne ka saral tarika yah hai ki mala ke ek-ek manke ko pakadkar ek baar mantra bona hai, fir dusra manka pakad ke dusri baar mantra bolna hai is prakar se puri mala ferni hai tab 1 mala mantra jaap hota hai. Mala ke manke ko Thumb se aur Middle finger aur Ring finger se pakda jata hai. Mala ferte samay mala ko ek kapde se dhak lena chahiye aur hriday ke paas rakhke mantra jaap kiya jata hai. Humare aas paas kayi shudra yoniya hoti hain jo ki humare mantra jap ka 40% fal le leti hain, isiliye mantra jap karte samay kisi kapde se dhak lena chahiye taki aesa na ho..

Mala me ek sumeru hota hai. Jo ek alag se manka hota hai us manke ko Sumeru kehte hain, us sumeru ko kabhi bhi langhna nahi chahiye isiliye mala jab puri fer lein tab usey palat lena cahahiye jisse ki akhri manka pahla ho jaye aur Sumeru langhni nahi pade.

Mala aur Yantra ki puja kaese ki jati hai aur yah kab karni chahiye ?

Mala aur Yantra ko roj sadhana shuru karne se pehle aur uthte samay SHODASHOPCHAR ya PACHOPCHAR se pujan kar leni chahiye. Agar jyada samay nahi ho to keval dhoop, deep, Kumkum, Akshat aur Pushp se hi pujan ho jata hai.

Mantra jaap karte samay kaun se aasan par baithna chahiye ?

Mantra jaap karte hue Padmasan ya Siddhasan laga kar baithna chahiye aur jab tak puri sadhna puri nahi ho jaye us din ki tab tak bina hile dule usi asan par sadhana karni chahiye. Shuru shuru me sukhaasan par bhi baithker mantra jap kar sakte hain magar dhyan rahe ki merudand(backbone) bilkul sidha rehna chahiye, taki urja ka pravaah sahi disha me ho sake.

Mantra jap/sadhana ke liye sabse upyukt samay kaun sa hai ?

Brahm muhurt yani subeh 4:20am se lekar 6:00 sabse upyukt samay hai kyunki is samay vatavran praan vaayu se yukt hota hai aur shanty rehti hai. Iske alawa ratri me bhi 10pm se jap kiya ja sakta hai magar yah dhyan rakhein ki jitney din ki bhi sadhna hai utne din ek nischit samay me hi shuru karein 5 ya 10 minute bhi agey pichhe mat karein.

Sadhana me dhoti pehanna kyun anivarya hai paent T-Shirt pehan kar kya nahi kar sakte ?

Paent/trousers me stitch hota hai yani ki ye kapde khandit hote hain jise pehankar jap karne se mantra bhi khandit ho jate hain magar dhoti pehankar karne se ya nahi hota isiliye mantra siddhi ke liye jis rang ki dhoti batayi hai us rang ki dhoti pehanna anivarya hai.

Sadhana kaese karni chahiye ?

Sadhana Gurudev ki photo samne rakhke unki ankhon me dekhte hue bina palak jhapkaye karni chahiye, kyunki shishya unhi se to sabkuch sikhta hai ! Guru ke baithne ka tarika kya hai, unke rehne ka dhang kya hai yah sab sadhak note kare aur sirf usi ko follow kar le to saflata prapt ho jati hai. Jab sadhak Veer bhav se majboot man se bina palak jhapkaye Gurudev ki photo dekhte hue mantra jaap karta hai to usey lagta hai ki Gurudev ke haav bhav baal rahe hain hai aur dhire dhire shishya ke netro me shakti aa pati hai.

Meri yah yah samasya hai iska samadhan kaese hoga ?? Gurudev kis prakar se samadhan karenge ?

Mantro ke madhyaam se bhog aur moksh dono ki prapti hoti hai aur kuch sadhanayein to jaese ki Manokamna purti sadhana hai use to koi bhi ichha ho shishya ki vah purn hoti hai aap vo karein apni iccha ko pratham din hath me jal lekar sankalp karte samay boliye ki is ichha ki purti ke liye mantra jap kar raha hoon aur vah avashya purn hoti hai. Iske liye bhi Guru Mantra ka anusthan to pehle karna hi padta hai.

Gurudev Dr. Narayan Dutt Shrimaliji ne to 1998 me sharir chhod diya tha. To fir wo humari sadhana me kaese madad karenge unhe hum Guru man bhi le to sadhna me guidance kaise milegi ?
Is prashna ke liye aapko spasht shabdon me yah bata dun ki Gurudev Dr. Narayan Dutt Shrimali, jinka sanyasi naam PARAMHANS SWAMI NIKHILESHWARANAND hai, wo aaj bhi hum shishyon se milne ate hain aur anubhavi shishya to aaj bhi unse baat karte hain aur sadhnatmak nirdesh prapt karte hain. Humare Gurudev koi samanya Guru nahi hain jo ki sharir samapt hone par samapt ho jayein. Pujya Gurudev 1964 me hue Kamakhya ke Tantrik Sammelan me kathin pratiyogita me sarvoch hokar President bane the aur tabhi inhe TANTRIK SAMRAT ki upadhi di gayi. Inke saman tantragya abhi bhi koi nahi kyunki Dada Gurudev ne picchle 25,000 varshon me keval 3 hi shishya banaye aur Pujya Gurudev unme se ek hue, atyant kathin pariksha dekar... Siddhashram vishwa ka sarvoch divya stan hai jahan ke Yogiyon ke liye mrityu jaese koi shabd nahi hain. Bhautik sharir chhodkar bhi har kshan we apne shishyon ke paas hi rehte hain. Bhale hi in netro se shishya unhe nahi dekh pata magar unki upasthiti ka anubhav to humesha hume rehta hai. Yeh aaj bhi utna hi satya hai.

Mujhe sadhana karte-karte bich me nind ane lagti hai main kya karun ??

Aesa isliye hota hai kyunki aap ankhein band karke mantra japte hain, iske bajaye ankhein  khuli rakhke Gurudev ko dekhte hue mantra jap karein to fir aesi dikkat nahi ayegi.

Bramcharya rakhne ka matlab kya hai ? Kya isme apni Mata aur behen se bhi baat nahi kar sakte ??

Brhmacharya rakhne ka tattparya hai mansik aur sharirik pavitrata, isme koi bhi Kaam uttejak chintan na karein. Bilkul aap apne pariwar walon ke sath reh sakte hain aur mil jhul sakte hain.

Sadhana me Disha ka itna mahatwa kyun hai ?

Sadhana me kis disha me baithkar mantra jaap ho iska apna ek alag mehatwa hai. Pratyek devi-devta ke rehne ke alag sthaan hain jab hum inke mantra karte hain to ye humare samne an eke liye baadhya ho jate hain isiliye hume usi disha me baithna chahiye kya yeh achhi baat hai ki Devta ayein aur hum kisi aur tareh muh kar ke baithe rahein

Kya aesa nahi ho sakta ki sadhana kisi bhi din shuru kar di jaye ? Akhir har pal achha hi hota hai isme achha bura kya ??

Nahi. Sadhana ek nischit din, ek nischit samay par hi shuru karni chahiye. Har din apne aap me alag hai inke devta alag alag hain, har kshan bhi apne aap me alag hain isiliye safaltadayak Muhurt me hi sadhana prarambh karni chahiye.

Kya kisi aur vyakti ki upasthiti me sadhana sampan ki ja sakti hai ??

Sadhana me sabse jyada jaruri hai ki mann ekaagra ho aur purn roop se apne Isht aur Gurudev me laga hua ho. Kisi aur vyakti ka room me hone par aesa nahi ho pata isiliye jaruri ho jta hai ki aap us waqt akele hon room me. Yadi aap ke ghar me aesa koi ekant karma nahi hai to aap kisi mandir ya ekant jageh par jaka r bhi sadhana kar sakte hai, magar mantra jaap roj ek hi jageh honi chahiye.

Anustthan kya hai? Sankalp kya hai ? Yagya Kya hai ?

Hawan kya hai ? Tarpan kya hai ? Maarjan kya hai ?

Ye kaise kiya jata hai ?

Anustthan kayi prakar ke kiye jate hain.

Laghu anusthan me 24,000 mantra jap kiya jata hai(e.g 27 mala nitya karke 9 din me 24,000 jap kar sakte hain) fir iska 10th hissa hawan kiya jata hai yani ki 240.

Madhyam anustthan me 1.25 lakh ka jap hota hai (e.g 33 mala nitya ferte hue 40 din me purn hota hai) fir 1250 mantron se aahuti.

Maha anustthan me 24 lakhjap karna chahiye (e.g 66 mala nitya karte hue 1 sal me purn) fir iska daswa hissa hawan kiya jata hai.

Anustthan ek nischit aur nirdharit avadhi me kiye gaye mantra jap ko kehte hain. Koshish karne chahiye ki kam se kam dino me yah sampan ho taki purn labh prapt ho.

Anusthhan shuru karne se pehle pratham din apne dahine hath me jal lekar is prakar se sankalp karna chahiye-

Main (amuk naam), (pita ka naam) ka putra, (amuk) Gotra se, pujya Gurudev Dr. Narayan Dutt Shrimaliji ka shishya aaj(din ka nam bolein), (jageh ka nam bolein) (...) sadhana sampan karne jar aha hun aur niyam purvak (...) dino me (...) itni malayein nitya ferunga taki mere is samasya ka samadhan ho. Pujya Gurudev mujhe safalta pradan karein.
Itna kehkar jal hath se chhod dein aur Shankh mudra pradrshit karein. Is prakar se sankalp lekar fir anusthhan shuru karein.

Strii sadhak ko mantra siddhi me Hawan, Tarpan, MArjan ityadi nahi karna padta. Keval Mantra jaap hi siddhi ke liye paryapt hai.

Necessities of Sadhana - III (Guru Aarti)

Reciting the Aarti after the sadhana is a must for complete succes, so that any fault in the sadhana is blessed and we get full result of our Mantra Jap. Aarti is a Divine hymn which is sung as an invocation for the deity to come & bless. Singing of the Aarti is the last stage of the Poojan/worship/Sadhana. It should be sung in standing position. You should light the lamp, Kappor, and chant the Aarti with the lamp in your hand.
"Vandanaa" means the initial prayer. You should always sing the Aarti in the order described below. After conclusion of Aarti, you should chant “Shaanti Mantra” and mentally seek pardon & forgiveness from Revered Gurudev for all the mistakes (known & unknown) made during the Sadhana.
